Driscoll's names new chief people officer

Berry's leader has appointed Gaëlle Le Meur as its chief people officer as the company strengthens its global growth and talent development strategy.

Driscoll's has announced the appointment of Gaëlle Le Meur as her new personnel director.

Reporting directly to the CEO of Driscoll's, Soren BjornLe Meur will lead the company's global people function, including talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and inclusion efforts.

"A global leader with more than 20 years of experience, Gaëlle brings deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and driving cultural renewal—core competencies that support Driscoll's vision of investing in the people who drive growth around the world," said the berry industry leader.

She joins Driscoll's from The Estée Lauder Companies, where she most recently served as vice president, business partner, human resources and global supply chain.

“As a global leader in fresh berries, with talent spanning every continent, we must maintain our momentum by expanding the capabilities of our people with an intentionality that aligns with our mission, vision, and values,” said Bjorn.

Gaëlle's appointment marks an important milestone in our journey to create a world-class HR function that reflects the scale and diversity of our global operations and helps cultivate the next generation of talent and leadership.
