TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTEST MEXICAN PRODUCERS

FIRST: ORGANIZER.

BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING has organized a Contest called "WORLD TOUR OF BLUEBERRY", which will be developed according to the following bases:

SECOND: REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE.

Those who meet the following requirements may participate in this contest:

1. Person over 18 years of age.
2. Have bought the ticket to the XXVI INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES MEXICO 2023.

3. Be registered as an assistant with the name that appears on your personal identification and the name of the farm/company to which you belong.
4. Accredit a record as a producer or employee of an agricultural company within the Mexican Republic.
5. Attend the seminar both days of the event (Wednesday, May 31 and Thursday, June 01).
6. Visit the commercial area during the coffee break, lunch and cocktail of the event.
7. Have a valid passport to leave the country on the dates of the trip.

BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING reserves the right to exclude a participant from the contest, if any of the requirements are not met or if they commit any violation of the provisions contained in these bases.

THIRD: VALIDITY OF THE COMPETITION.

The validity period of the contest will be from March 01, 2023, until June 01, 2023, at 09:00 a.m.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING reserves the right to modify the validity of the contest, timely informing the participants through the same means used previously.

FOURTH: PRIZE

One (1) Prize will be awarded to the winner, with the following conditions:

A plane ticket to the city of Trujillo, Peru with access to the XXVII INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES TRUJILLO 2023 from July 11 to 14, 2023. This prize includes:

I. Round trip air tickets, in economy class for the Winner; with hand luggage from Mexico City to Trujillo, Peru from July 11 to 14.
II. Boarding fees.
III. Entrance to the XXVII INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES TRUJILLO 2023 to be held on July 12 and 13 at the Wyndham costa del sol Trujillo hotel.
The ticket may undergo schedule and/or route changes to the final destination according to the terms and conditions of the airline.

If you need to change the dates (increase the days) in the flight ticket, the WINNER must assume the costs of changing the rate plus the penalty for change.

Does NOT include:

• Transfers to and from the Mexico City airport.
• Accommodation.
• Food (breakfasts, lunches/food and dinners).
• Extras in hotels, restaurants, etc.
• Visa procedures (if your nationality is different from Mexican) and passports.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money, nor for another destination, nor on a date other than the XXVII INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES TRUJILLO 2023, nor can it be replaced by another product. The WINNER may add extra services at an additional cost as appropriate to the rates of each provider and must be paid by the winner.
Any charge, expense or additional cost to those expressed in these bases that the WINNER incurs, will be his sole responsibility and account.

FIFTH: DRAW.

To determine the WINNER, a random draw will be held on Thursday, June 01, 2023 among all the participants who meet the indicated requirements and who are in the official list of those registered for the XXVI INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES MEXICO 2023.
The mechanism for determining the possible winners will be carried out through a computer system that works totally at random.
The WINNER will be announced before the AM coffee break on Thursday June 01st. The call will be made by the emcee of the event who will invite you to go on stage and receive the "symbolic" air ticket.

SIXTH: DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE AND COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNER.

Once the documents have been validated, a document that proves to be a producer of berries in Mexico and a valid passport for the dates of the trip, the WINNER, company and position to which it belongs will be confirmed. The WINNER authorizes BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING to photograph him and publicize the results of the contest through social networks and send mailings to the entire database of attendees.

SEVENTH: GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.

Participation in the contest regulated in the bases implies, for each participant, the recognition of their possibility of losing or winning, and their acceptance of submitting to these bases.
Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of its bases and their eventual modifications. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of these rules will cause the automatic termination of the person's participation in this contest. Consequently, by the mere circumstance of participating in this contest, it will be understood that the participant fully knows, understands, and accepts these bases and each and every one of the standards, rules, terms and conditions related to your participation, without for any reason being allowed to later claim your ignorance.

EIGHTH: PARTICIPATION EXCLUSIONS.

For the purposes of this contest, it is noted that employees or those related to any of the sponsoring companies of the event at the XXVI INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES MEXICO 2023 may not participate in this contest, nor receive any prize.

NINTH: USE OF PERSONAL DATA.

The participants authorize the use and storage of the data informed during the validity of the contest, which will be used by BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING solely for the purposes of its development and the delivery of the prize.

The data provided to BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING will be used exclusively to make the WINNER known, for the purchase of airfare and registration in the event XXVII INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF BLUEBERRIES TRUJILLO 2023. The WINNER authorizes BLUEBERRIES CONSULTING to use his image for related advertising purposes. to the contest; without receiving any retroactive in their favor.
