A large attendance and great participation was obtained by the XXXIV International Blueberry Seminar 2025, which took place on March 12 and 13 at the Lima Convention Center. The meeting brought together agricultural producers from Peru and Latin America with experts and attendees from different sectors of the industry, who shared their successful strategies and learned about the latest trends in blueberry production and marketing.
More than a thousand attendees enjoyed this day of updates on the blueberry industry, featuring various talks, presentations, and panel discussions. Attendees were able to visit a large number of specialized booths and learn about the various inputs offered by companies in the agricultural industry, such as plant nutrition, biostimulants, different types of substrates, harvesting machines, and more.

To Cristina García, Representative of Ipesa Hydro this event "It allows us to visualize what's coming and the different productive windows, which is what we're looking for.", furthermore, regarding the leadership in blueberry production in the region, he added that "It's a good time to take advantage of this opportunity to support farmers and businesses, and above all, to share the knowledge we have as an irrigation company."

On the part, for Harbinson Morocho, Head of Health of Gourmet Blueberries Peru, who is attending the seminar for the second time, "It's great to hear other people's knowledge and anecdotes. I think all the recommendations and work already being done in different destinations help us improve the productive work in our fields." indicated the person in charge of the phytosanitary area.

Also for Jorge Caroca, Representative of AgroVeca, a company that delivers algae-based biostimulation strategies, "I consider them to be very important events because they primarily bring together the industry to see how business trends are going and how the markets are performing. But primarily, it's a meeting point, for business meetings, to meet new suppliers and explore new trends," the agronomist stated.
In the same way, for Ivan Herrara, a technical advisor on plant nutrition, the presence of the stands "allows us to acquire a lot of technical information, of great contribution, and a lot of technology, and I think that contributes greatly to the industry because it gives us access to more tools to achieve the objectives set for each campaign," the professional emphasized.

The day concluded with a panel discussion entitled "The Importance of Integrated Agronomic Management: Light, Plant Nutrition, and Biostimulation in Blueberries," which summarized and delved deeper into the various topics covered in the program of Latin America's premier blueberry event. The next edition will be held in Chile, this April 10, in the halls of the Monticello Convention Center.
