Envapack designs a new version of 2.0 blueberry weighers with 'just one fall' in the packaging process
La Sevillian engineering company Envapack, specialized in the design and manufacture of special equipment for the packaging of blueberries, continues to develop new products in its ongoing commitment to the research and innovation and with the aim of offering producers a range of products that cover all their needs.
Among them, and according to its manager Enrique Azcárate, highlights "our own patented multiformat lines for filling and fully automatic cover of blueberries." "We are pioneers," he adds, "in the new version of blueberry multi-format weighers with 'only 1 fall' in the packaging process. The 2.0 version of the blueberry weigher-packer along with its main accessories, such as the DE2 multi-format container loader and the multi-format independent lid sealer, present completely new designs and electronics ".
This new version of weighers, ranging from the 2 to the 16 heads, allows to reach the 100-110kg / h for each head, with a precision of a cranberry over, and this "in the worst case, but in most containers does not usually reach even the weight of a fruit," emphasizes Azcárate.

And most important of all, in the opinion of the Envapack manager, is that "guarantees the durability of the fruit extending the optimal fruit consumption date thanks to the fact that it only receives a blow when packaged giving maximum hardness and Bloom that can be achieved by packing with machinery ".
As to DE2 multiformat packaging container loader, Azcárate explains that it has been designed to be able to apply fully automatic packaging of any type and material: clamshell, tubs without lid, compostable containers or cardboard, glass, buckets, hinge-type cups, bulk boxes, etc. and emphasizes that "the change of format is very fast and the adjustment of handrails is electronic".
For the manager of Envapack, the CT2 independent capper "is being the revelation of the year, with a team that is able to put independent covers of tubs type K29, TR80 ... and that of the cubes and cups ".
